Check out gladly.io. They have created to extensions for your web browser: Tab for a Cause and Goodblock.
Goodblock is an adblock that allows you to choose whether you want to see ads for charity. You can donate hearts (which are worth actual money) to organisations such as water.org. Improving the performance of your browser and helping out have never been easier.
Tab for a Cause is a new tab that displays non-intrusive ads to help charities. You can also donate hearts. It's also got cool features.
